Your Moving Estimate

Every move is different

Your estimate is based on the details provided. Final pricing is based on the actual time worked and any additional services requested.

Hourly Moving Service

3-hour labor minimum + 1 hour travel time. Additional time is billed at the same hourly rate.

Estimate Factors

Labor time is billed door-to-door from pickup until the move is completed at the destination.

Travel time covers travel from our office to the pickup location and the return trip to our office.

Stairs, elevators, long carries, limited parking or difficult access may require additional time.

TVs, glass, marble, mirrors, piano, safes and other heavy or delicate items may require special handling and additional charges.

Packing services and materials are available at an additional charge. Furniture protection with moving blankets is included.

Changes to the address, inventory, moving date or access should be communicated as early as possible.
