Terms & Conditions

General information about minimums, travel time, charges and conditions that may affect a move.

Minimum & Travel Time

3-Hour Labor Minimum + 1 Hour Travel Time

All local moves require a minimum of 3 hours of labor plus 1 hour of travel time. Travel time covers the crew’s travel from our office to the customer’s location and the return trip back to our office. Labor time is calculated door-to-door during the actual move.

Estimates & Final Charges

Estimates are not guaranteed final prices.
Final charges are based on actual time and services provided.
Any additional labor time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.
Packing materials are charged separately based on the type and quantity used.
TVs, glass, marble, mirrors, safes, and other heavy, oversized, or delicate items may require special handling and additional charges.

Access & Move Conditions

Customers should inform us in advance about stairs, elevators, long hallways, narrow entrances, long carries, or special items.
These conditions may increase the time required to complete the move.
Additional services requested during the move may affect the final cost.

Payment, Deposits & Scheduling Changes

Payment is due upon completion of the service.
Deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling policies may apply.

Packing & Unpacking

We offer professional packing and unpacking services. Packing materials are charged separately based on the type and quantity actually used for each move. Materials may include boxes, packing paper, tape, stretch wrap, bubble wrap, and other necessary packing materials. The final cost of packing materials will depend on the quantity used for each job.
